Meet and Greet and Parent Meeting - April 17 at 6:00pm

Meet our new Band Director, Katy Wilson-Fields and hear about the upcoming year on April 17 at 6:00pm in the Commons Area at LHS.

Fundraising opportunity Friday, April 4th!

Friday, April 4th, we have four openings to volunteer at the Arena working a Gladiators game. The shift runs from 3:30 pm to approximately 10:30 pm. No experience needed to fundraise! Please text 678-763-7444. 

Band Banquet - Deadline to purchase tickets - April 22 

Join us on April 28th at 6:00 PM for the 2024-2025 Band Banquet Dinner! Dinner will be a Mexican Taco Bar including: Premium ground beef, shredded chicken, hard and soft shells, Mexican rice, refried beans, tortilla chips, and all the toppings!  Dessert and awards ceremony will follow, starting at 6:45 PM. 

-Cost per person - $20.00

If you don’t think you can make it for dinner, join us for just dessert and awards!  We will have a dessert bar starting at 6:45 PM, followed by the awards ceremony at 7:00 PM.

-Cost per person - $5.00

The deadline to purchase tickets is April 22. No tickets will be sold at the door.

SENIOR PARENTS

Senior parents, we need you to send us your photos. Please send pictures of your senior as a baby, their senior photo, senior band photo. We have only received one family’s photos so far! Photos can be emailed to Teresa Harrison or Carey Harrison.

Indoor Percussion

The 2025 Georgia Indoor Percussion Championship concluded with an electrifying performance from our very own Lanier High Longhorns’ winning percussion ensemble, whose precision, intensity, and musicality captivated the audience and judges alike. Their show combined intricate rhythms, flawless coordination, and a powerful visual sound, earning them a high score of 91.5, a school record. Months of dedication, relentless rehearsals, and artistic innovation paid off as they lifted the 1st place championship trophy, solidifying their place in the Lanier High indoor percussion history.
