We're excited to announce our huge summer fundraiser with Meals to Missions, partnering with the Longhorn football team! Meals to Missions is a nonprofit that raises funds through textathon and telethon campaigns to pack meals for hungry families around the world. This summer, the Band and Football teams will join forces to raise a goal of $160,000 to package over 15,000 meals that will be provided locally here in Sugar Hill as well as to an impoverished school system in Harlan, KY.

This fundraiser is an easy and profitable way to raise dues for the season - we will receive 50% of all money raised from the sale of popcorn, and then that amount will be broken down into a split of 70% directly into the student's account and 30% into the general band fund.
Popcorn sales will begin on Monday, May 5th, at 7:00pm and will end on Friday, May 9th, at 7:00pm.

How does it work?
- Buy pre-paid gift cards from over 300 retailers
- Use the gift cards to make purchases
- Earn 2% to 15% for the band
- 70% of the earnings go into your student's account and 30% go straight to the band

Don't forget to enter your student's name. Family and friends can also register and enter your student's name, and help earn funds for your student as well.

Calling all former Lanier High School band graduates! We are launching the Lanier High School "Here for the Band" Alumni Association.
This program will consist of " Here for the band" swag, alumni banner, and alumni game tickets. As a member you will receive a quarterly newsletter and opportunities to support the band through scheduled alumni events. To find out how to make this kick off happen, submit your I am interested jotform starting now through June 17th for more details and questions.
The initial fee to join is $45.00 which includes the following:
- Preferred seating at home games
- Alumni game ticket
- "Here for the band/ color guard" t-shirt
- LHS band stadium cushion
- Name with band season banner displayed at the stadium and band room.
All dues collected will be used to support the LHS band program.

LBBA, in partnership with the Gas South Arena provides workers for the arena concession stands and beer portals, and receives a portion of those sales as a donation.
The band collects all donations and tips over a given calendar month and divides the total collected by the number of shifts worked. Then each student account will be credited for the number of shifts worked on their behalf by using the following formula:
- Any funds credited from the Arena, will be credited at 80% to the student's account, which can be used for dues and/or trip fees.
